Which integrations come ready to use?
Great question! Donorfy offers two types of integrations. Our standard integrations come built-in and ready to use straight away - just flip a switch and you're connected. These include popular tools like Mailchimp, JustGiving, Stripe and Xero.
We also have "Works with Donorfy" integrations that are built and supported by our trusted partners. These cover specialist tools like WooCommerce, Shopify and Sterling Lottery, and while they're not built directly by us, they're created by experts who know both platforms inside out.
Which donor management software integrations are included as standard?
Core integrations like JustGiving, Mailchimp, Stripe, GoCardless, Xero and Gift Aid/HMRC are included in Donorfy's Professional and Enterprise plans. Most are also available on the Starter plan, with the exception of Mailchimp and Dotdigital.
Do you have specific integrations for customers in Denmark?
Absolutely! We understand that Danish NGOs have specific needs and need charity CRM integrations too. To help, we've built integrations with OnlineFundraising (Denmark's leading payment solution) and SKAT reporting to handle your local tax requirements. These integrations handle everything from Betalingsservice and MobilePay to automatic SKAT submissions.
How long does it take to set up integrations?
Most of our standard integrations can be set up really quickly! For something like Mailchimp or JustGiving, you're usually looking at a quick authentication process and you're done.
The "Works with Donorfy" integrations might take a bit longer as they usually involve more detailed mapping, but our partners are there to help you through the process.
Do integrations cost extra?
If you're on a Professional or Enterprise plan, all standard integrations are included in your Donorfy subscription - no extra cost.
The majority of Donorfy integrations are also included as part of the Starter plan, with the exception of Mailchimp and Dotdigital.
Some specialist "Works with Donorfy" integrations may have their own pricing, but these are managed by our partners who'll be transparent about any costs upfront.
What if the platform I use isn't listed?
Talk to us! If there's a platform you'd love to see integrated, let us know. We're always listening to what our charities need. Plus, with our well-documented API, developers can build custom connections if you have something very specific in mind.
Does Donorfy support integrating fundraising software with accounting software?
Of course! Donorfy's two-way Xero integration keeps your financial data in sync across both platforms, removing the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors.
Can I integrate Donorfy with my charity's website?
Yes, and connecting your website to your CRM means supporter data, donations and Gift Aid flow straight into Donorfy without any manual input.
