By connecting to Donorfy, all of that activity feeds into your constituent records automatically, giving you a complete 360-degree view of every supporter's engagement and giving history.
How does the integration work in practice?
Once your charity is verified by Meta and donations start coming in, you export a multi-day transaction report from Facebook/IG and import it into Donorfy using the dedicated Facebook giving tools file uploader.
Donations are then assigned to campaigns, products and funds based on your default settings, which you can override for specific fundraisers or donate buttons.
Are there any transaction fees on Facebook or Instagram donations?
No, donations made through Facebook and Instagram giving tools are free of processing and transaction fees, so your charity receives 100% of every donation.
