What are the benefits of the Donorfy + Enthuse integration?
Enthuse handles your donation and fundraising pages, and Donorfy takes care of the rest. Supporter records are created or matched automatically, Gift Aid is applied, fundraising pages are linked to the right constituents, and transactions appear on donor timelines – all without adding extra work for you.
What do I need to get started?
Yes! You'll need to request a Client ID, Client Secret and API Key from Enthuse first, then enter those credentials in Donorfy's Integrations settings.
From there, you configure a few defaults – including your default campaign, anonymous donor constituent and constituent types – and you're ready to go.
How quickly does data appear in Donorfy?
The integration runs automatically every 15 minutes, so donations and fundraising activity can appear in Donorfy within minutes of being created in Enthuse. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time, too.
How are new supporters handled?
Enthuse supporters are matched against existing constituents using Donorfy's duplicate check. If no match is found, a new constituent is created without you lifting a finger.
Anonymous supporters are handled using your configured Anonymous Donor constituent, so you don't end up with unnecessary records.
