What are the benefits of the Donorfy + JustGiving integration?
Donorfy automatically retrieves details of everyone who's fundraised or donated for you via JustGiving, including Fundraising Pages, Campaign Pages and Giving Checkout donations. Each donation is added to the right constituent's timeline, with full traceability and no manual importing required.
Is the integration easy to set up?
Yes. Once you've connected your JustGiving account in Donorfy's settings, the integration runs automatically. Fundraising Pages are checked every night, and new donations are pulled in weekly, in line with JustGiving's own payment schedule.
Can I see the performance of individual fundraising pages?
Yes, Fundraising Pages are imported in their own right, so you can track how each one is performing. You can also map them to specific Campaigns in Donorfy, even if they aren't linked to a campaign in JustGiving.
Does the integration write any data back to JustGiving?
No. Donorfy only reads data from JustGiving, so your JustGiving account and settings are never changed.
