What data is synced?
Supporter records
Name, email, phone and postal address synced automatically.
Existing records updated, never duplicated. Consent only updated if incoming data is more recent.
One-off donations
Amount, currency, date and processing fees captured.
Matched to Donorfy campaigns by appeal name. Full allocation breakdown included: donation, products, postage and fee offset.
Recurring donations
A Recurring Payment Instruction (RPI) is created in Donorfy.
Frequency, collection day and amount all captured, with subsequent payments linked to the RPI automatically.
Shop, events, Gift Aid
Shop and event ticket purchases sent as one-off transactions.
Eligible donations flagged in Donorfy for Gift Aid recovery. Free tickets and products are not sent to Donorfy.

A test mode lets you validate everything before any data touches your live database, too.
Is there an extra cost?
Absolutely not! There's no additional charge to enable the integration.
All you'll need active subscriptions to both Access Raise and Donorfy under the same Evo Organisation.
Is the data sync one-way?
It is. Data flows from Raise into Donorfy only, nothing is written back from Donorfy to Raise.
