Meet Shaf, our Head of Product with over two decades experience in the sector.
From time in multiple charity roles, including stints at Unicef, Barnardo's and Mind, he brings a rare combination of frontline service experience, digital expertise, and legal knowledge to product development.
Increasingly, Shaf's focus is on how AI can be introduced into charity technology in a way that's safe, controlled, and genuinely useful, ensuring the sector can benefit from rapid advances without compromising trust.
Lisa Newhouse
Charity software and communications specialist
Lisa is the voice behind much of Access Not For Profit's content.
With over 12 years experience in marketing, including 7 years at a charity dedicated to reducing stillbirth, she brings a genuine, lived connection to the sector and a sharp understanding of purpose-driven communication. She's also a previous user of Access Raise and Donorfy!
An avid reader and committed storyteller, Lisa describes writing as "the language she speaks best." At Access, she channels that passion into educating charities on what great technology can do, and telling the stories of organisations using it to amplify impact.
Chris Field
Engineering and CRM expert
Chris is Engineering Lead for the AI-enabled Access Charity Suite, with over a decade of experience building software for charities.
A Physics graduate, he began his career as an engineer on Access Charity CRM before stepping into the Lead role, a remit he has since expanded to include Donorfy.
Outside the office, Chris is an active member of his local community and a committed bellringer; a pursuit that demands the same precision and teamwork he brings to every engineering project!
