What are the benefits of the Donorfy + Eventbrite integration?

You manage your event in Eventbrite as normal, and Donorfy takes care of the rest. Ticket purchases, registrations, fees and attendance are added automatically to your constituents' timelines – including new constituents where needed – so you get a complete 360-degree view of supporters without lifting a finger after the event.

Is the integration easy to set up?

Setup is straightforward! You'll create a webhook in your Eventbrite account using your Donorfy API key, then link it back in Donorfy and set your default campaign and payment mappings. You can get support doing this, if you need it.

Once that's done, the integration runs automatically in the background.

What happens if multiple people are booked on the same order?

Donorfy can add an activity for every attendee on an order, not just the ticket buyer, creating new constituents where needed. For paid tickets, soft transactions link each attendee back to the main order, so the full picture stays connected.

Does Eventbrite charge it's own fees?

Yes, Eventbrite has its own separate fee structure, so it's worth checking their pricing page for the latest rates.

It's important to know though, that there's no charge for the integration.
