How is Access PeopleXD Evo priced?

Our HR Software is priced based on the modules and capabilities you choose because every organisation’s workforce, complexity and roadmap are different.

Your quote is based on factors like headcount, number of legal entities, which Suite you choose (Operate, Perform or Transform), and whether you add premium capabilities or extra modules. That means you only pay for what you actually need today, with a clear path to grow later.

Why don’t you show a price per employee on this page?

Our customers span mid to large organisations, from single-entity operations to complex, multi-entity and multijurisdictional employers. A single “from £x per employee” headline is either misleading or inflated. Instead, we use £POA so we can model pricing against your real‑world picture – for example seasonal spikes, casual and bank staff, or multiple payrolls – and show you an accurate monthly figure on a short call.

Each Suite is outcome based rather than just a list of features:

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes. Many customers start with Operate to stabilise HR and payroll, then add premium intelligence, talent or learning once the basics are running smoothly. Because everything sits on Access Evo, adding modules is configuration, not a new project; your people stay in the same navigator screen and data continues to flow across the suite.

What does “Go Premium” actually add to the price?

“Go Premium” adds enhanced, intelligence‑led capabilities, such as deeper analytics, more advanced automation and extended workforce intelligence, on top of your chosen Suite.

Think: fewer spreadsheets, fewer manual checks and richer insight for HR, finance and operations, rather than just extra screens. Pricing is incremental and can be switched on for groups of users or the whole organisation.

How do Add‑ons work?
