Your hands-on approach to showing us where we either could improve or went wrong was, not only very helpful but also very productive. We liked how you worked through the problem and offered a number of solutions. We also like your intuitive way of casually overseeing how we were applying the newly learned skills without ‘looking over our shoulder’. It was also a good experience that you took our existing company roles into account whilst completing the course to tailor it to us and make it more useful / personal to each individual on the course.
