Access ConQuest is licensed per user. Pricing is tiered for small, medium and large teams, with transparent per-user costs as your headcount grows. 

Tailored to the modules you need

Onboarding included as standard 

Every package includes a structured onboarding programme covering environment build, system implementation, UAT testing and dedicated client training sessions. 

Standard support included 

Standard support is included with every package. A Premier Customer Success Plan is available as a paid upgrade and adds a designated Customer Success Manager, extended support hours and a lead technical support engineer.

Access ConQuest pricing FAQs 

How is Access ConQuest priced?

Access ConQuest is licensed per user, with tiered pricing for teams of one to six users, with tailored rates available for teams of seven or more.  

Your final quote depends on the package you choose (Estimating Module, Estimating Package, or Freelancer Package), the modules you add (such as takeoff or valuations), and the size of your team. 

How does the Freelancer Package differ from the standard packages?

The Freelancer Package is configured for self-employed estimators and professional consultants. It includes the NRM library as standard and uses a streamlined onboarding programme designed for single users rather than the full company training included in the standard packages.  

Are implementation and training costs included in the package price?

Yes. Every standard Access ConQuest package includes a structured onboarding programme – covering an initial welcome meeting, off-site environment build, system implementation, UAT testing, and bespoke client training sessions.   

Onboarding for the Freelancer Package is streamlined for single users. 

Are support costs included in the license price?

Standard support is included with every package, including online and telephone case submissions. 

Access Construction also offers a Premier Customer Success Plan as a paid upgrade. Premier customers have a designated Customer Success Manager, extended support hours, regular review meetings and access to a lead technical support engineer

Can I add takeoff, valuations or other modules later?

Yes. Access ConQuest is designed to scale with your business. You can add 2D and 3D on-screen takeoff, valuations modules, the NRM library, or upgrade to the Premier Customer Success Plan at any point during your contract. 

Does Access Coins Evo offer multi‑year terms?

Yes. The standard contract is a 3‑year initial term, followed by renewal periods of either 12 months or a further 3 years.
