But we as humans also have a role to play. Regardless of your position, it’s about being a responsible part of the employment cycle. AI will always carry some level of bias, and as it continues to evolve, we need to stay involved, testing and guiding it to ensure it works ethically and effectively.”

- 24% redeployed employees
