Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Only new customers of Access Collins are eligible to participate in this campaign.
3. DesignMyNight Terms & Conditions: participation in the DesignMyNight campaign shall be subject to you entering into an agreement with Access UK Ltd (trading as “The Access Group”) on the following terms and conditions: www.theaccessgroup.com/standardtandcs
4. Rules: By participating, the applicant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions The Access Group as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
6. DesignMyNight Campaign period: You will be eligible for the promotional pricing if you sign a 15 month agreement with the Access Group, after 5th February 2024 at 09:00am GMT and before February 29th 2024, at 11:59 PM GMT.
7. The Offer - the specifics of the offer shall be solely determined by The Access Group. For the purpose of this clause, the first three months subscription of the reservation software will be free of charge (the "Promotion"). This does not apply to the set-up fee, onboarding fee, transaction fees or any additional fees outside of the standard agreement. The set-up fee must be paid at point of sign up.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The Promotion shall start on the Effective Date of the agreement and is valid for the first three months only...
The Promotional Pricing shall apply for this agreement only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group.
8. The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.
9. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an enquiry is subject to the The Access Group privacy policy.
10. The campaign hosted by The Access Group is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other third parties.
