Background

BNAE’s Locations Based Operations offer fun-filled gaming, leisure & retail experiences for families across 25 UK locations with upwards of 600 team members across their venues, this along with a dedicated sales team, warehousing & distribution unit, machine service and support team and two main offices brings the number to over 700 in the peak season.   

As the business grew, Compliance & HR Manager John Wark needed a more efficient way to deliver compliance training to the growing BNAE team. Access CPL Learning, with an easy-to-use learning platform and a comprehensive catalogue of training on offer helped the team deliver training more efficiently across the business.

This integration helps to simplify the onboarding process for new employees and makes ongoing management of job title changes and training course allocation more intuitive.
