  • Types of Empathy?: This section will cover the different types of empathy we might experience including cognitive empathy, emotional empathy, and compassionate empathy.
  • Effective Empathy: This section will cover the importance of using empathy effectively to develop relationships. The section will cover the key skills of understand someone’s viewpoint, perspective, and attitude as well as the role of effective questioning and listening.
  • Connecting with Others: This section will cover the benefits of having empathy towards others and how empathy can help us to develop stronger relationships with others.
