Terminix has selected PeopleHR cloud-based software for small to medium-sized businesses. They will also subscribe to the Access Applause employee appreciation app, Access Learning Solutions and to Access Payroll Services.

PeopleHR provides Terminix with HR software essentials such as the centralisation of people information, the automation of routine tasks and self-service access for employees to personal information. It also provides strategic functions supporting formalised skill mapping, staff training plans and calendars, talent and recruitment management, on-boarding and reviews. Analytics and reporting are also key elements, guiding smart management decisions to optimise workforce experience and performance.
Access Applause is easy-to-use peer recognition software. Every Terminix employee can send a social ‘shout’ to a co-worker for a good job or a great effort, providing an instant morale boost. With Terminix having some 220 technicians ‘on the road,’ helping everyone feel appreciated is vitally important and contributes to engagement.
Access Learning Solutions, a learning management system with a wide range of content, will provide Terminix employees positive, engaging learning experiences that have a direct impact on their level of engagement, performance, safety and compliance. Terminix has subscribed to four learning libraries covering health and safety, mental health and wellbeing, compliance, and workplace and personal development.
Access Payroll Services delivers Terminix a safe, reliable and compliant payroll service all within a seamless HR technology and services supplier relationship.
