Smart Notes records patient conversations in healthcare settings, identifies speakers, and generates a summary of the appointment for healthcare professionals.
Healthcare professionals can instantly access key details - such as an address, phone number, allergies, health alerts, or the reason for visit - without needing to switch between apps or devices.
Smart Notes can save time by auto-populating forms using the summarised notes from the conversation, once approved by the healthcare professional, they are submitted into Rio.
Smart Notes provides templates designed for various settings, including SOAP and SBAR. Simply select a template, record audio, and AI generates structured notes within minutes. Once approved, they are submitted directly into Rio.
Enables recording even with limited or no internet connectivity, ensuring reliable use in areas with poor service coverage, such as rural locations or older buildings where signal strength is often disrupted.
All notes require review and approval. Playback functionality supports this with timestamps to cross-check against the original conversation. Timestamps are only available during the review process and are deleted once notes are submitted and approved.
Healthcare professionals can pause recording after speaking with patient, or in moments that don’t require documentation. They can then resume recording later, such as in the car to capture additional thoughts and observations they might not share in front of the patient.
As Smart Notes is directly integrated within Rio, the app provides the user with direct access to their HCP diary appointments. This ensures that all recordings are associated with the correct appointment and patient record.
