A community clinician has just finished a patient appointment and needs to book a follow-up with a colleague for the following week. Normally that means going into the electronic patient record (EPR) to check referral requirements, find the right appointment type, confirm mandatory fields, cross-reference diary availability, and then make the booking manually.
Instead, she opens Evo Researcher and asks it to book the appointment. Researcher checks the EPR, identifies the referral already linked to the patient, confirms the mandatory fields and valid appointment types for her role, and asks her to confirm the details before it acts. She confirms, and the appointment is booked for the following Thursday.
She checks the EPR to verify, and all the information is there. The whole conversation takes less time than it would have taken to open the right screen in the EPR and start filling in the fields.

No. Access Evo works under Access Rio, not alongside it as a separate system. Your clinical workflows stay as they are. What changes is that the information your team needs is easier to find, recurring tasks are handled automatically, and the operational picture available to managers is more complete.
How does Access Evo handle patient data?
Access Evo is UK-hosted. Your patient data is never used to train external AI models, and it never leaves the environment your information governance team has approved. The platform operates within your organisation's existing data governance policies, with role-based access controls your IG lead can configure.
Is it compliant with NHS Digital and CQC requirements?
