The prize giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 18 that complete the Assemble (an Access company) survey - except employees of The Access Group, their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize giveaway.

By filling out the survey, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person (who meets the criteria and follows the competition rules).

Closing date for entries will be when the survey closes on Friday 27^th October at midnight. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

The winner will be selected at random and notified by phone or email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The prize consists of a £100 John Lewis Voucher, which will be sent via email to recipient's email address. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
