How does Evo keep our data safe?

All data stays within Access’s secure UK hosted environment. Evo uses the same permissions you already have in your existing systems, so staff only ever see the information they’re authorised to access. No data is used to train external AI models.

Does Copilot or Evo Navigator Screen change what staff can see?

No. Copilot and Evo Navigator Screen apply the same role based permissions and restricted record rules as your core systems. They simply make information easier to find, they don’t expand access or bypass safeguards.
