"When I joined they had converted to Access Dimensions for about three years — I'm very keen on Dimensions. The main thing about the system is how flexible. The three different databases that we use are all customized differently. In the past, we had a lot of modifications which always made upgrading difficult."

"Most of our in-house systems, we've managed to integrate very well into Access Dimensions. It provides us with the APIs, it provides us with access to the data — we have all the tools that we need." Annette Gray continues.
