Newett Homes integrated its CRM platform, HubSpot, with Access Coins via an API integration to streamline the reservation process and the corresponding financial updates.
Onsite, the Access Coins mobile app supports construction team operations, with site managers and operatives using tablets to capture build activity that immediately feeds the core ERP platform and carry out handovers of completed homes on the app.
Customer care teams also use the same mobile application to ensure a positive after-sale experience for its homebuyers. For example, the app prioritises to-do actions for the team, generates welcome letters, records details of manufacturer warranties on built-in appliances, and manages snagging lists.
