Our budgeting software pricing - your questions answered
How much does Access Education Budgets cost?
Pricing is per school, based on your organisation type - maintained school, single academy, independent school or multi-academy trust. Starting-from prices are shown at the top of this page. There are no per-user or per-pupil charges.
What is Central Budgets and is it included in the price?
Yes. Central Budgets gives MATs a two-way data flow between trust and academy level and is included with Access Education Budgets at no additional cost.
Can I add more schools to my licence as my trust grows?
Yes. For multi-academy trusts, your quote will be per school and scales as your trust grows - your account manager can advise on costs as you add schools. Speak to our team for a tailored quote.
Are there any setup or implementation costs on top of the licence fee?
Implementation is a separate one-time cost. Your account manager will include a full breakdown in your quote. There are no annual upgrade fees - software updates are included.
What if we also need financial management software?
Access Education Finance and Access Education Budgets are built to work together. You can buy them separately or as part of our Financial Focus bundle, which may offer better value for schools buying both. Speak to our team when you request a quote and they can walk you through the options.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Standard contracts are annual. Longer-term contracts can unlock additional discounts - your account manager can advise on what's available for your school or trust size.
What support is included?
All licences include access to our standard support team and online resources. You can also choose a Premier success plan for enhanced onboarding, training and dedicated support. Find out about our success plans.
