Access GCSEPod Pricing

Access GCSEPod offers three packages and two ways to pay. Prices start from £1.60 per pupil per year for a single subject area, £2.56 for the three core subjects (English, Maths and Science), and £4.00 for all subjects. Alternatively, schools can pay a fixed annual fee per school regardless of pupil numbers – from £2,100 for a single subject area, £3,600 for the core subjects, and £6,000 for all subjects. Every Access GCSEPod package includes expert-curated, exam board-aligned content for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, four teacher AI tools (the Lesson Planning Wizard, Assignment Creation Wizard, Marking Assistant and the Access Evo for Education Copilot), accessibility tools and a student app. The three packages differ by how many subjects they cover: the Single Subject package covers one subject area, the Core package covers English, Maths and Science, and the Complete package covers all subjects. 

The content and the four teacher AI tools are included in your Access GCSEPod subscription. On top of your annual subscription, a £150 GCSEPod platform fee applies per school, per year, and customer support and implementation are charged separately depending on your needs. Your quote sets everything out clearly before you commit. 

Access GCSEPod can be bought two ways. Per-pupil pricing charges a set rate for each pupil at your school, so your cost rises and falls with your pupil numbers. Per-school pricing is a fixed annual fee that stays the same regardless of how many pupils you have, giving larger schools more predictable budgeting. For the package covering all subjects, per-school pricing works out better value once a school has around 1,463 pupils. Per-school pricing applies to one school – each school within a multi-academy trust has its own subscription. 

Your Access GCSEPod quote is based on your chosen package and either your pupil numbers (per-pupil pricing) or a fixed per-school fee (per-school pricing), plus a £150 platform fee per school, per year. Implementation (FlightPath) and your Customer Success Plan are charged in addition to your subscription. For multi-academy trusts, each school is priced individually - and you can mix per-pupil and per-school pricing across the trust depending on the size of each school, whatever works best for you.

Access GCSEPod offers three packages. The Single Subject package covers one subject area across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and is designed for Heads of Department. The Core package covers English, Maths and Science – the three subjects that most directly affect Progress 8 – and is typically chosen by Headteachers and senior leaders. The Complete package covers all subjects and is the best-value option for whole-school coverage. 

Yes. Access GCSEPod's Single Subject package is designed for exactly this – a Head of Department can subscribe for their subject area without the whole school needing to be involved. Get in touch and we can put together a quote based on your department's needs. 

Access GCSEPod groups its subjects into six Learning Packs, each covering Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The English pack covers KS3 English, GCSE English Literature, GCSE English Language, Achieve Grade 5 English and Texts for Drama. The Maths pack covers KS3 Maths, GCSE Maths, GCSE Statistics and Achieve Grade 5 Maths. The Science pack covers KS3 Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science, Co-ordinated Science and Single & Double Award. The Art & Humanities pack covers KS3 History, KS3 Geography, History, Geography, Religious Studies and Sociology (with Art & Design coming soon). The Languages (MFL) pack covers French, German, Spanish, Welsh Second Language and ESL. The Computing & Business pack covers KS3 Computing, GCSE Computer Science and Business. Every package also includes complementary content at no extra cost: Study Smart, British Values, Getting Ready for KS4/KS5, Spelling & Grammar, Music Theory, Design & Technology, Food Prep & Nutrition, PE, and Health & Fitness. 

No. Access GCSEPod is priced per school. Each school within a multi-academy trust has its own subscription based on its pupil numbers and chosen package – one subscription does not cover multiple schools within a trust. For larger schools, per-school pricing caps the cost regardless of pupil numbers. Get in touch to discuss your trust's requirements. 

Yes. Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 content is included in every Access GCSEPod Learning Pack, so students from Year 7 through to Year 11 are covered under a single subscription. There is no need to buy separate licences for different year groups. 

Most schools are up and running with Access GCSEPod within two weeks, with around two hours of effort from the school's team. Setup is consultant-led and includes integration with your management information system (MIS), with 30 days of adoption support after go-live. 

Yes. Access GCSEPod is UK GDPR compliant. All data is processed and stored within UK and EU data centres. Student data is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties. Teachers retain full oversight and control of all AI-generated outputs.
