How is Open Check different from Order and Pay?
QikServe Order & Pay is a complete order-and-pay-now product. Guests browse the menu, place an order, and pay immediately in a single uninterrupted flow. Each transaction is independent. QikServe Open Check defers payment. Guests order as many rounds as they want across their visit and the check stays open on the POS throughout. Payment happens once, at the natural close of the visit. The right product depends on your venue type. Order & Pay suits dine-in and click and collect operations where guests pay per order. Do guests need to download an app?
No. QikServe Open Check is fully web-based. Guests scan a QR code at the table and the ordering flow opens in their phone browser. There is nothing to download and no account required.
How does payment work at the end of the visit?
When guests are ready to leave, they can pay via QikServe Pay at Table directly from their own device, or settle with a member of staff in the usual way. Payment is not locked into a single method, so your team retains flexibility on how the check is closed.
Does Open Check integrate with our EPoS?
