One system, zero double-entry
Managing multiple disconnected ordering channels creates errors, delays, and extra work for your team during the busiest periods. Every manual step is a moment where something can go wrong.
QikServe integrates directly with your existing EPoS. Orders from every channel, table, kiosk, or web, go straight to the kitchen the moment a guest submits. No manual re-entry. No lost tickets. No delays. Your team gets the order right first time, every time.

More about what we offer
Common questions about digital ordering systems
How does it increase average spend per head?
QikServe includes a configurable suggestive selling suite that drives cross-sells, up-sells and repeat ordering. Guests browsing digitally tend to order more than those prompted by staff.
Which EPoS Evo systems does QikServe integrate with?
QikServe integrates natively with EPoS Evo and supports a wide range of third-party EPoS Evo systems via its open API. Orders sync directly with the till so menus and stock are always up to date.
Does it connect with stock control?
Yes. Inventory updates in real time as orders are placed. Automatic 86ing removes out-of-stock items from the menu instantly so guests never order something unavailable.
Can it link with our loyalty or CRM platform?
Yes. QikServe integrates with Acteol Evo CRM and supports third-party loyalty platforms to capture guest data, reward loyalty and personalise offers.
Does it connect with kitchen display screens?
Yes. QikServe integrates with Kitchen Display Systems for instant order routing, reducing errors and speeding up service.
Does QikServe work for both single-site and multi-site operators?
Yes. QikServe is used by independent single-site venues and by multi-site operators managing ordering across multiple locations. The platform gives operators centralised menu and pricing control, so changes made at group level push across every site in real time.
How long does implementation take?
QikServe is designed for rapid deployment with zero downtime. Go-live timelines vary by venue type and channel and are confirmed during scoping.
Can guests order without downloading an app?
Yes. QikServe Order & Pay and Open Check are fully web-based. Guests scan a QR code and the ordering flow opens directly in their phone browser. There is no app to download and no account required. QikServe also supports a native branded mobile app for operators who want that capability.
Can we start with one channel and add more later?
Yes. QikServe is modular. Operators can start with a single channel such as QR at table, Pay at Table or Open Check, and add further channels as their strategy develops. Kiosk is available for estates of 11 or more licensed sites.
How does onboarding work for a large multi-site group?
Multi-site groups are onboarded in stages rather than all at once, and the approach is consistent across both ordering and kiosk:
-
Integrate into your UAT/test-lab environment for full setup and testing of the solution. For kiosk, this means a dedicated kiosk lab is stood up and fully configured first.
-
Run a proof of concept at a single location.
-
Pilot at one to ten locations, typically running one to two weeks to iron out configuration before wider rollout.
-
Following pilot success, move into a structured, controlled rollout that ramps up at pace within agreed scope.
What does QikServe cost?

Kiosk is £75 per screen per month and is available for estates of 11 or more licensed sites only. A POS Connection is £35 per site per month. One-off store setup is £300 per site.
