Pricing is per licence, per month, with different tiers based on the number of sites. Kiosk is available for 11+ licence deployments only.

FAQs
How is QikServe priced?
QikServe is priced per licence (site), per month. Your cost depends on which products you take, the number of sites and your contract terms. Always contact the QikServe team for a current, personalised quote.
Is Kiosk available for a single site or small estate?
No. Kiosk ordering requires a minimum of 10 screens and is only available for deployments of 11 or more licences. For single-site or small-estate operators, Online Ordering, Open Check and Pay at Table are all available from 1 site.
Is hardware included?
No - QikServe is a software platform. Hardware (kiosk screens, tablets, mounting solutions etc.) is available through Access’s third-party hardware partners, either as a capital purchase (CapEx) or through a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) subscription. Speak to your account manager or the QikServe team for hardware options and pricing.
Do I need a POS connection?
For Online Ordering, you’ll need POS Connect plus a third-party payment connection if you’re not using QikServe Payments. Open Check and Pay at Table both include POS Connect in the product price. For Kiosk, POS Connect is an additional requirement and cost.
What’s the pricing for 21 or more sites?
All pricing for 21+ licences is handled directly by the QikServe team. Opportunity pricing is available based on estate size, product mix and contract length. Contact us to discuss.
Can I take multiple QikServe products?
Yes - products can be taken individually or in combination. Bundle and suite arrangements are available and may affect pricing. Speak to the QikServe team about the right combination for your operation.
