Access Education Finance is priced from £2,900 per school plus £1 per pupil, per year for single schools, and from £3,950 plus £1 per pupil for a two-school multi-academy trust, with the per-school cost reducing for more schools. That price covers your licence, implementation and a standard success plan.

Can it integrate with Access Education Budgets?
Yes - the two products integrate natively, reducing manual data entry and giving you a connected view of your finances and budget position. You can buy them separately or as part of our Financial Focus bundle, which may offer better value for schools buying both.
Are there any setup costs on top of the price?
No. Your annual price is all-in: it includes implementation, onboarding and a standard success plan, so there is no separate setup fee. Enhanced onboarding and dedicated support are available on top if you want them. There are no annual upgrade fees either, software updates are included.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Standard contracts are annual. Longer-term contracts can unlock additional discounts - your account manager can advise on what's available for your school or trust.
What support is included?
