How much does Access eLearning cost?
Access eLearning is priced per user, based on how many people you need to train. Single Courses start from £14.95 per user per course. Course Bundles start from £1,000 a year for 10 users, and Pick & Mix starts from £3,000 a year for 25 courses across 10 users. Contact us for a quote based on your training requirements.
Do I need Access Evo to buy Access eLearning?
Not necessarily. Course Bundles and Pick & Mix are available to all customers. Single Courses are only available if you already run an Access Evo software product. If you're not on Access Evo, Bundles or Pick & Mix are your options.
Is there a platform fee on top of the content price?
No. This is a content purchase, not a platform fee. You pay for the courses you choose and nothing else. If you already use Access LMS Evo, the content sits directly inside it, with no new login required. If not, Access eLearning includes what your learners need to access and complete their training.
How quickly can we get started?
Most organisations are live within hours of signing, with courses ready to assign the same day. There's no new platform to learn and no IT project required.
Are the courses accredited?
Yes. Courses are accredited and assured by RoSPA, the CPD Certification Service, the National Cyber Security Centre, Institute of Leadership, UK Finance and other learning partners, depending on subject area. Every accreditation is independently verified, not self-certified.
What happens when regulations change?
Your courses update automatically at no extra cost. When UK legislation changes, the content is revised and your learners get the current version.
Can I mix Single Courses, Bundles and Pick & Mix?
Yes. A common approach is a Bundle for core compliance training, topped up with Single Courses for specialist topics. Your account manager can help find the most cost-effective combination.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT and are billed annually on a 12-month contract.
