Alcohol law and your responsibilities - Learn about alcohol licensing laws, responsibilities when serving alcohol and supervisors’ responsibilities.
Recognising and preventing intoxication - Determine the effects alcohol has on the body, learn the different alcohol weights and measures and recognise when someone is intoxicated.
Checking identification - This section covers age verification policies, recognising fake identification and logging refusals.
Penalties and enforcement - Learn what ‘test purchases’ involve, what the penalties are for serving someone underage and how these are enforced.
