Our acquisition of First Choice Software - specialist provider of recruitment software - represented a significant opportunity to broaden Access’s footprint in the staffing market.

Founded 20 years earlier, First Choice Software’s flagship recruitment CRM, RDB ProNet, used by some of the country’s leading agencies, including Randstad, Impellam Group and Pertemps Network, alongside ongoing service and support.

Access embraced the offering, enhancing functionality and rapidly growing the client base to a broader range of recruitment businesses. From temporary to permanent and contractors all agencies can find greater efficiency and productivity within their business.

With its market-leading Pay and Bill product; Tempest (now known as Access Pay and Bill) and a number of well-known clients including Adecco and Alexander Mann, the addition of Safe was considered a game-changer for Access.

Safe’s newest product, a SaaS Employee Screening platform (now known as Access Screening), which offers companies peace of mind, efficiency and compliance management around the onboarding of new staff was also seen as a significant opportunity for all Access customers, beyond.
