Dreams Come True is a UK charity granting life-changing dreams to children living with serious illness or disability, and who are also growing up in poverty. About Dreams Come True
For more than 35 years, Dreams Come True has been making magic happen for children who need it most. What sets them apart is a dual mission — they only grant dreams for children who are both seriously ill and living in poverty.
“We’re a national charity,” says Jasmine Gibson, Marketing Manager. “But we focus communities with high areas of deprivation such as Blackpool, which, sadly, remains one of the most deprived areas in the UK. That’s where our help can have the biggest impact.”
When Jasmine Gibson joined Dreams Come True in 2022, the charity was already using Access Raise, a platform she found intuitive and easy to manage from day one. But with a major rebrand on the horizon, it was clear the website needed a refresh to match the new look and feel of the charity.

“It was one of my favourite meetings of the year,” Jasmine smiles. “The team really listened. We mapped out what we wanted the website to do, not just look better, but tell our story better.”

Since the relaunch in April, the impact has been immediate. “Everyone comments on how much better it is, it’s more modern, easier to use, and truly reflects who we are. We’ve seen a real increase in donations and more interest from corporate partners too.”
