Our data centres are purpose-built and designed from the ground up with flexibility, reliability, security and efficiency in mind. For UK customers, our primary datacentres are housed in two of the most innovative facilities in the south of England.

Globally, our network spans 7 locations in 4 continents, supporting our customers around the world, and increasing the resilience of our datacentre network.

Reliable Hardware

Our infrastructure is build using NetApp and Cisco hardware and networks for reliable storage and connectivity. Access manages and maintains all hardware networks within our datacentres and we have a dedicated team of engineers to keep everything running optimally. No more hardware or networking costs when it comes to investment and maintenance – it’s all taken care of as part of our cloud hosting solution. And when it needs replacing, our engineers managed our equipment’s end-of-life process so you know it’s all up to date.

Our dedicated inhouse security operations centre (SOC) has one purpose – to monitor and manage the security of our infrastructure, systems and data. To further enhance our datacentre security, we operate full SIEM across our environments.

Millions of events are tracked, monitored and analysed for anomalous behaviours, which are then investigated by our SOC team.

Network Operations

To provide our guaranteed uptime SLA of 99.95%, our network operations centre (NOC) constantly monitor performance across our infrastructure 24/7/365.

Access operates across the globe, which means that we are able to respond to incidents at any time, and work quickly to resolve issues so they don’t become problems.

Network Security

No matter how good your security tools are, malicious intrusions can never truly be prevented. But with the latest AI and machined learning technology, spotting the behaviours that could pre-empt an intrusion attempt means we can detect potential threats (including zero day threats) and prevent them infiltrating our networks before they can cause damage.

Our two primary datacentres, based in two of the UK’s premier facilities, are built using our DC2.0 datacentre framework. It defines our new generation of datacentre architecture that incorporates advanced technologies to improve efficiency, scalability and performance.
