Before the forecast model comes in, Labour Deployment uses the scheduling rules and sales forecasts you set to flag potential over- or under-staffing, so you can make confident scheduling decisions from day one.

2. Connect your sales data

Rotaready Evo AI Forecasting pulls from your EPoS and historical sales records. You'll need a minimum of one year of sales data to get started, and the more it has access to beyond that, the more accurate the forecast becomes.

3. The model learns your patterns

The system analyses sales by site, day, shift and hour, identifying the patterns in your trade that repeat week on week, alongside one-off factors like local events and bookings that wouldn't show up in a simple week-on-week trend.

4. Forecasts feed straight into your rota

Managers see sales and labour predictions for every shift ahead of the rota being built, with seasonal events and weather factored in alongside your historical data. Those predictions are already there in the rota editor, so managers build around what's coming rather than transferring numbers across manually.

5. The model keeps learning
