Access Evo is an integrated AI experience embedded across Access products. It combines sector knowhow, multiple data sources, and your firm’s own data with intelligent alerts and generative capabilities, allowing you to complete work at a truly remarkable speed. Access Evo automates the day-to-day, and new generative AI features help you take on new and bigger challenges, creating opportunities for your firm, and for your people.
How quickly can I switch to Access Legal?
We aim to get new customers live with the system as soon as possible – generally around one month into their time with us. We then use the remaining two months of onboarding as a Q&A period to make sure that everyone has a chance to ask questions and get the most out of the product.
What support do you offer?
All customers have access to our Knowledge Base where they can find answers to any questions. Our Customer Success Managers are also available to support you and your users as they navigate and embrace the new AI functionality, and to make sure you are using all the tools available, so you get maximum value from Evo.
How secure is my data?
We have designed and built Evo with your security at the forefront. We use a private instance of Microsoft Copilot, so your data remains secure to your firm, your users, and your clients. Any information uploaded to the system is subject to our well-established data security and data protection protocols so you can implement AI across your firm with confidence that your data will remain safe.
Will Evo keep my information confidential, and what happens to the information I upload?
Yes. Our 3-Tier Security model ensures that your data is kept within a private, secure environment and is never used in or made available to public, open AI solutions.
User-based and role-based permissions and controls ensure that no one in your firm can see anything they shouldn’t have access to. Finally, Access Evo is personally private, which means everyone can use Access Evo with the assurance that their confidentiality will be respected.
Is there training available for new users?
We offer a tailored approach to training that works the way you want it to. From self-directed learning at your own pace, to dedicated hands on training sessions to “train the trainer” or individual users. Our Customer Success Managers can advise on the best approach for your specific needs.
