Brendan Flattery (1)

Brendan FlatteryManaging Director, Access ERP

Brendan joined Access in April 2020 and brings insightful leadership to Access ERP which includes the highly successful Financial Management and Supply Chain divisions.

Brendan brings extensive industry experience having worked in software companies across a variety of industries for over 20 years. Brendan’s previous roles include President of Sage, Europe and Chief Commercial Officer at Zellis. Brendan is passionate about customers and has driven significant growth in previous roles through a laser focus on the customer experience.

An entrepreneur at heart, Brendan has also served as Managing Director of two venture capitalist backed technology businesses, as well as working for Private Equity backed businesses and running his own small business.

Neil Rushby (1)

Neil RushbyCustomer Success and Professional Services Director at Access Group (ERP division)

I have over 30 years of consulting, programming and project management experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry. My insight into the industry has led me to specialising in IT, ERP and MRP consultancy. 

My wealth of experience includes implementing a range of ERP systems within many sectors. I have successfully advised several clients on improving working practices and offer added benefit, alongside supporting clients with implementing an ERP system.

Using my industry knowledge and expertise, I now oversee the professional services delivery in the ERP division - ensuring our customers get the best possible service.

David

Davin ColemanConsultant Manager, Access ERP

Davin joined Access in January 2013 as an Access SupplyChain Software Delivery Consultant, leading on to his current role as one of the ERP Division, Consultant Managers.

Davin has extensive Manufacturing experience having worked in and around the Manufacturing Sector for over 25 years. Davin is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, and his previous roles include Finance Director of two manufacturing businesses, manufacturing products for the construction industry as part of the Alumasc Group Plc, and as a Management Accountant for NSK Bearings Europe (Newark). A division of the Japanese global bearing manufacturer NSK Bearings.

Davin has always worked within manufacturing from his first role, whilst at University, in a cardboard production plant leading up to Director level of two manufacturing businesses. Onto his current role working closely with manufacturers helping and supporting them, to achieve the most out of their Access ERP software.

Andrea

Andrea KlinkrothProduct Manager, Access ERP

Andrea joined IT Compete prior to the acquisition by Access, as a Consultant and Customer Care Manager. She has now been at Access for 7 years, Andrea is truly passionate for creating exceptional manufacturing software to help customers with their business needs and giving them great user experience, ensuring that customers getting maximum value from our software.

Before joining Access Group, Andrea worked for over 10 years for several tier one automotive suppliers and automation companies gaining extensive manufacturing experience, using Access solutions first-hand. Her roles during these 10 years included Engineer, Purchase Manager, System Development Manager using Access Manufacturing Solution.

She also holds a Dipl. Ing (FH) in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in Mechatronics and three-year apprenticeship as a precision instrument maker.

Jeremy

Jeremy Wisner Consultant – Access MRP

Jeremy brings a wealth of experience from growing SMEs in manufacturing (the avatar for MRP customers).

The competitive crucible of Formula One race engine design and manufacture is where the true value of integrated systems for manufacturing excellence first became clear to him. Facilitating improved business processes with better software became his focus and he moved away from operational roles into supporting ERP software.
Following a 5-year spell of co-ownership of an engineering start-up and a similar period spent within the aerospace sector, Jeremy joined Access from an existing MRP customer as a consultant in May 2019. His understanding of growing manufacturers and their challenges, together with his experience of software make him ideally placed to add value to the Access customers for whom he consults.

Andy

Andy Brown Divisional Team Leader

Andy’s career started in IT with a Hewlett Packard distributor, where he gained experience and learned about the IT industry, including servers, networking and applications. He then moved into a pure software role and retrained in accounting whilst becoming familiar with the SunSystems accounting software.

Andy joined Access in January 2005 focussing on our Access accounting software and progressed through the business worked within the sales and leadership team as part of the Access ERP division during this time.

Throughout the years he has gained extensive industry experience having worked with all the products in the ERP Division which comprises Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution and Construction. He is passionate about helping clients find the right solution for their digital journey having worked on both large and small projects to improve the efficiency of their business.

Ben

Ben HullandBusiness Development Manager

I started out my career at the UK based van manufacturer LDV Limited as a software developer maintaining the vehicle order tracking system. After spending three years in the automotive sector, I moved into a software development and sales consultancy role within the E-commerce, mail order and retail industry.

After leaving my software development roots behind, I moved into business development working with Sage ERP and SAP. I have been at Access for six years and I now focus on manufacturing and supply chain working with businesses embarking on a journey of change.

Dani

Danielle KaneBusiness Development Manager

Danielle started her career delivering ERP projects and supporting UK SME manufacturers with their digital transformation journey. She has years of experience in helping business overcome key manufacturing challenges, increase productivity, and achieve a leaner operation.

Danielle joined the ERP team at The Access Group in 2019, and with her vast experience and industry knowledge, she continues to support businesses with their digital transformation and leveraging technology to achieve their business goals.
