We offer annual and monthly billing.

Are implementation costs included in the license price?
Your first contract covers implementation costs, with a standard 3-year initial term and flexible renewal options.
Are support costs included in the license price?
Standard support is included with the license price. This includes online and telephone case submissions with a 1-hour response window for high-priority cases.
We also offer a Premier Customer Success Plan (CSP) at an additional cost. Premier CSP customers have designated contacts, online and telephone support with extended hours, regular review meetings and access to a lead technical support engineer.
Can businesses using Access FactoryMaster purchase additional modules any time?
Yes. Purchasing add-on modules is common when we identify a need for specific functionality for a customer.
All customers receive a standard set of core functionality, then they can scale to include additional modules.
Does Access FactoryMaster offer multi‑year terms?
Yes. The standard contract is a 3‑year initial term, followed by renewal periods of either 12 months or a further 3 years.
