The upgrade process doesn’t take long. We’ll provide your IT manager or administrator with instructions to get ready (or we can do this for you through our Professional Services team) and when that’s complete, we’ll set your system live and you’ll be ready to go the next time you log in. It could be as quick as a few days to upgrade to ACLM Evo.  

It’s the same case management system you already know, but with more features and functionality from Access Evo AI-enabled platform so your people can achieve more in the moment. Analyse data and documents quicker than you ever thought possible, and get the answers, information and insights you need, in one place, using the Access Button to get to your Access products in a couple of clicks. As well as AI for case management, Evo provides additional applications – all easily accessible – that support employee engagement, professional learning and development, document storage and sharing, and much more. 

 Your account manager will be in touch to discuss your move to ALCM Evo. The process itself is quick and straight forward. We’ll need to work with your IT manager or ALCM administrator so they can configure your existing system on “your side”.  

If you don’t have an IT manager or administrator, our Professional Services team can help. Once you’ve completed the configurations, we switch the system over to ALCM Evo. Once we’ve done our part, we’ll email your users an invitation to join the new set up, which will activate the Access Button in your ALCM system.  

We have designed and built Evo with your security at the forefront. We use a private instance of Microsoft Copilot, so your data remains secure to your firm, your users, and your clients. Any information uploaded to the system is subject to our well-established data security and data protection protocols so you can implement AI across your firm with confidence that your data will remain safe.

User-based and role-based permissions and controls ensure that no one in your firm can see anything they shouldn’t have access to. Finally, Access Evo is personally private, which means everyone can use Access Evo with the assurance that their confidentiality will be respected.  

All customers have access to our Knowledge Base where they can find answers to any questions. Our Customer Success Managers are also available to support you and your users as they navigate and embrace the new AI functionality, and to make sure you are using all the tools available, so you get maximum value from Evo.  

We offer a tailored approach to training that works the way you want it to. From self-directed learning at your own pace, to dedicated hands on training sessions to “train the trainer” or individual users. Our Customer Success Managers can advise on the best approach for your specific needs.
