Can I use Predictive Analytics in any industry?

Our AI‑based demand‑forecasting tools are suitable for all Rotaready users, working across hospitality, leisure and retail.

How much does it cost?

Predictive Analytics is included in our Premium package, and available as a Booster for our Essentials and Pro packages.

  • Essentials & Pro – £20 per site (covers up to 15 employees) + £0.50 for each additional employee.

  • Premium – Included as standard in the Premium package.

Do I need lots of historical data for Predictive Analytics?

The more data you have, the more accurate our predictions get. But as a minimum you need:

  • One year of sales data for Sales Predictions. Historical data can be imported from your EPOS solution.

  • Six months of rota data for Labour Predictions.

  • You don’t need any historical data to use Labour Deployment; this functionality uses your custom rules and sales forecasts to highlight potential over or under-staffing situations.

How much control do I retain over scheduling decisions?

You will be in full control at all times. The forecasts highlight likely demand, but managers (or whoever handles scheduling at your venue) still decide who works and when. You can adjust, add, or remove any shift at any time.

How accurate are the sales and labour predictions?

Early data has shown labour predictions that are 5% more accurate on average and sales predictions up to 25% closer to actuals. The accuracy of the predictions you see will improve as more data flows in.
