For Live Wait & Text Confirmation, you can choose a text package depending on your needs:

  • Bronze - up to 250 texts per month; £7

What happens after I buy your software?

Once you have decided to go ahead with Access Collins, we will introduce you to our onboarding team who will guide you through your onboarding experience, and ensuring that the system is set up for your needs and wants.  

What are my payment options for Access Collins?

You can either choose to pay a full year upfront by card or pay monthly by direct debit.

How do I access customer support?

You will have access to telephone support between 9am - 5.30pm and a full range of self help Knowledge base resources to help you with any issues that may arise.

How quickly can Access Collins be set up?

Once any finance checks have been completed, we will then start to get the system set up for you.

Typically this takes around 10 days through our Flightpath onboarding process.

With the help of our onboarding team, we will walk you through implementing the system and giving you the tools to ensure the system is fit for your needs. 

What does the onboarding and implementation look like for Access Collins?

Our onboarding team will work alongside you each step of the way to ensure that you have the tools in place to implement the system as quickly and efficiently as possible.
