PEPM pricing is based on the average number of active employees using the system across your organisation. Your final quote will reflect your headcount, chosen modules, boosters and payroll setup.
Is there a minimum number of employees or sites?
Yes, there is a minimum commercial commitment, which will depend on your number of sites and the modules you select. Your Account Manager will confirm the relevant minimums for your specific setup.
What affects the final price compared with the indicative price on this page?
Indicative prices are based on standard configurations. Factors such as pay frequency, complexity of your payroll, integrations, implementation scope and any additional boosters can influence the final PEPM rate.
Can I start with one module and upgrade to a bundle later?
