How much does Access Learning Content cost?
Discover is included at no cost with Access LMS Evo. The Explore plan starts from £3.00 per user/month based on 100 users, billed monthly on an annual contract. The Pro plan starts from £6.00 per user/month on the same basis. Pricing reduces per user as your organisation grows. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a minimum number of users on paid plans?
Yes. Explore and Pro both require a minimum of 10 users. Discover has no minimum. It is included automatically with Access LMS Evo, regardless of organisation size.
What is the minimum contract length?
Paid plans are billed monthly on a 12-month contract. There are no multi-year lock-ins. Pricing is fixed at the point of contract, so there are no mid-year surprises.
Can I try Access Learning Content before committing to a paid plan?
For existing Access customers
Already use an Access product? Your Discover package is included as standard - a curated sample of the Access Learning Content library, free as part of what you already have with Access. It's a real taste of professional development that people actually engage with, not another platform left gathering dust.

New to Access? We don't offer trials so you'll start with Explore - full access to the complete Access Learning Content library, expert-led content, nano-learning videos and everything in between. Pro adds virtual live classrooms with expert practitioners, on-demand recordings of live sessions, a dedicated onboarding specialist, and priority support, from £6.00 per users/month. All figures based on 100 users.
What is a Customer Success Plan and is it included?
The Premier Customer Success Plan gives you a designated CSM to build and review a personalised Success Action Plan, a dedicated Lead Technical Support Engineer for critical issues, inclusive FlexPoints, 8 named support contacts, and all Standard plan benefits included as standard.
