With over 40 branches and 40 equity partner brands operating across the UK, Major Recruitment needed a recruitment software solution that could unify its operations while respecting the autonomy and data privacy of individual business units. 

Before Access, every branch had its own spreadsheets. Every team had their own files, and for anyone centrally to be able to look at the figures, it was really hard.

Before we introduced our timesheet portal, it would take 1 to 2 days to run payroll. Now, because clients can input hours directly and it pulls through to Access Pay and Bill, it can be done within 1 or 2 hours.

Maintain data privacy across brands 

One of the most important things was data structure and compliance. We didn’t want to share internal data between brands, but we wanted to work in one system with the same process. Access offered the only product on the market that ticked those boxes.
