Outdated tech holding back progress 

Fusion Consulting Group is a multidisciplinary professional services firm supporting SMEs and high-net-worth individuals with tax, legal, financial, and recruitment services.  

Fusion Consulting Group had been using Access RDB CRM (Pronet), for over a decade. While it had served the business well, it was no longer fit for purpose. 

After 10 years of using Pronet, we needed to upgrade to a cloud-based system with regular updates giving easier to access for everyone. We were looking for a fresh start to give our business a boost and bring us into the 21st century.
