Our new Calling App provides functionality to manage tele-calling campaigns within Access Charity CRM. This allows you to raise money in the form of one-off or regular gifts, update the details of supporters during phone calls and record changes to preferences, during your campaign calls.

Data cleaning module

New data cleaning module to delete and anonomise data as needed to only keep relevant and compliant data stored.

I like the résumé Access thankQ gives of a particular donor so if you're speaking to them, you've got a lot of that information on one screen so you don't have to keep looking for it.
