Situated in the historic town of Caerleon, The Priory Hotel & Restaurant offers visitors a quaint and unique stay with 27 bedrooms and a 100-cover restaurant. Known for its warm hospitality and charming character, the hotel caters to leisure and business guests who are looking for an unforgettable experience.
The challenge
For over a decade, The Priory Hotel have solely used Access’s Property Management System (PMS) but were missing a dedicated revenue manager to save time and automate data. Deputy General Manager Attila Juhasz handled revenue management alongside his operational responsibilities and often found it difficult to prioritise rate optimisation.
