The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel approached Access Hospitality with their challenges, and we successfully guided them to integrate our GuestVoucher software, powered by Guestline, into their existing systems.  

With our hotel voucher software firmly in place, the Grosvenor Pulford team was able to personalise their voucher offerings with current branding and seasonal promotions. Their main focus was to offer experience and monetary vouchers as packages to avoid heavily discounted sales and retain a larger profit in the long run.  

Our GuestVoucher software was the missing piece of the revenue jigsaw as it allowed the hotel team to target guest preferences with exclusive offers and drive their seasonal sales higher than ever before. This data was also beneficial for their CRM database to recognise returning guests and build on their brand loyalty.  

Since its go live in June 2024, the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel team have seen a huge revenue, voucher sales and profit increase throughout the year with our GuestVoucher software integration. Their summer started strong with a £4k increase in revenue already in the first month of their GuestVoucher journey.  

With a steady few months of voucher sales, Christmas came with a large present as voucher sales reached over £136k through targeted brand marketing and package deals for gift giving incentives. After this huge peak, voucher sales began to stay consistent at £25k from March to June, with experience vouchers taking the top spot for guest purchases.
