London Borough of Waltham Forest use the SProc.Net portal for their Home Support category. The Borough previously implemented a DPS, however they will be moving to a Framework in September 2022.

Milton Keynes City Council
Milton Keynes Council use the SProc.Net portal for their Home Care category. This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is currently not accepting new applications for adult homecare providers under the DPS, as we have reached the required threshold to meet current demand.
However, they are actively evaluating additional providers to support children with complex needs, where capacity remains limited.
