Solicitors Regulation Authority SRA Diversity Survey
With the use of the Riliance survey tool, you can collect and collate diversity data safely and anonymously within your legal practice. You will also be able to monitor and manage staff survey completion, and afterwards provide an SRA compliant report.
SRA Requirements
In 2011 the Legal Services Board published their decision paper on increasing diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce.
Firms must collate and report their diversity data to the SRA every two years, this requirement applies to all firms regulated by the SRA, including sole practices, recognised bodies and alternative business structures.
Once the data has been collated the SRA will publish the diversity profile of the profession on its website, and report back to the Legal Services Board.

SRA Diversity Survey 2023
The Legal Services Board regulations require all legal practices to survey their diversity every two years. As a regulated firm, you’re required to survey your workforce, collecting data anonymously.
The SRA will be collecting firm diversity again in 2023. We will specify the reporting deadline when it has been announced.
