In 2006, the company implemented Access Weighsoft within their skip business and subsequent years saw the software implemented across their entire operations including their RoRo, tipper, trade waste and sweeper fleets.
Customer service has been key to their success, as demonstrated by the large proportion of repeat business from satisfied customers. Access Weighsoft’s Customer Portal gives their customers 24-hour access to copy tickets, invoices, site waste reports and online ordering, further supporting a positive customer experience.
