There’s the option to pre-order, choose a specific seating area, or add extras in advance. They can add their dietary preferences and, if the venue requires, provide their card details or pay the deposit. Easy peasy. 

Want to give your customers the choice to book over the phone? An AI agent is available to take the reservation and all the same details too. No around-the-clock staff monitoring needed. Smart and seamless reservations that drive more covers and delight every guest.

All that booking data syncs to your Collins Evo reservations diary, where it automatically alerts your team, and to your EPoS Evo and Order Genie handheld terminals too - so everyone can see who, what, where, when and why.

When your team logs guest arrival in Collins Evo, any dietary requirements, pre-orders or booking details are highlighted again and sent straight to the Kitchen Display System via EPoS Evo, and to your Order Genie handheld terminals (the best-in-class portable order and payment devices). Everyone knows what they need to do to prioritise the guest's needs.

Ordering

Flexible ordering options allow guests to take control of their service: 
 

  • Order via server at the table, using a handheld terminal. 

  • Order via server at the counter, using an EPoS terminal. 

  • Order online using a QR code or mobile app. 

  • Order online using a digital tab system for incremental ordering and full mobile tab management. 
     

However your guest orders, it is accurately captured in a single table view and passed to where it needs to be. Plus, no moment gets missed.
